Base fee:
  • This sponsor level includes your company logo in meeting web advertising, newsletter, and program.

    *These signs require that we be given your company logo at least 60 days before the conference in order to get them made.
  • This sponsor level includes one sign* at the conference, your company logo in meeting web advertising, newsletter, and program, 2 dinners, 2 drinks**

    ** The dinner is a catered dinner and lecture by one of our keynote speakers one night of the conference.

  • Vendor registration at this location requires that we limit the number of table spaces for each non-sponsoring vendor to two tables. While some of you may have your own table, please check and reserve "table space" for one or two, depending on your need. Your base price includes lunch and beverages for one person for each day. If you have more than one person, please make sure they are registered here as a guest.

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor or sponsor at the GBA Fall Conference in Gainesville, Georgia this September. Hundreds of beekeepers will be in attendance and will be grateful for the opportunity to get to know your products.

Set up is Thursday, September 11 beginning at 1:00. While folks will be there for testing on the 11th, the conference proper starts Friday morning, September 12 and runs until Saturday afternoon at 5 on September 13.
