NEW LOCAL CLUB APPLICATION

The GBA is encouraging new clubs throughout the state of GA. In order for a new club to request affiliation with the GBA with all of the rights and privileges that go along with such an affiliation, an application must be submitted to and reviewed and approved by the New Club Committee. 

The purpose of this application is to allow a new or existing Georgia beekeeping Club to express a desire to be affiliated with the Georgia Beekeepers Association. In order for review to take place, please fill out the application at bottom of page.


Please have the following information available:

  1. Clubs email address (Use this email address to start the application process below. This email has to be different from a GBA member's email already associated with an account)
  2. New club’s name
  3. Location (city and county)
  4. Meeting dates, locations, and times
  5. Name and title of person making this application
  6. Contact information for club president (name, address, phone, and e-mail) and names and email addresses of the VP, secretary and treasurer (secretary and treasurer may be the same person but you must have a minimum of 3 officers). These officers must be current GBA members at the time of application.
  7. Club website (if available) and/or social media (where is information for the public to see where you meet and when

    Additionally,  you must email a copy of the club's bylaws to Affiliate@gabeekeeping.com

    Upon receipt of this completed application and a positive review by the New Club Committee, the applicant will be approved as an affiliate of the Georgia Beekeepers Association.
