  • GBA Members may register for $10. Family members can be added as guests (your spouse and kids over 12) and the cost is $10 for each of those people. Children under 12 are free. Please just register for the people over 18 for whom you are paying and list the number of children under 12 on your registration form.

We will have food truck lunches available at lunch time and this is included in registration. However we will close registration that includes lunch after April 12 because we have to contract with the food trucks.

Plan to join us at our first GBA JamborBEE!

Our GBA JamborBEE will take place on April 26, 2025 at the Barn at Acorn Ridge in Toomsboro, Georgia, right in the middle of the state. This is a GBA members only event, so if you know someone who'd like to come but isn't a GBA member, they can certainly join now so they be a part of this! We will have so much fun being together. Some of the activities planned include:

  • A silent auction with lots of stuff to bid on
  • A people's choice honey contest - you can both enter your honey and judge all the honey that you taste
  • Observe a bee beard on at least one of our committee members
  • Play Bee Trivia
  • Play outdoor giant games - like Jenga, Connect Four, and CornHole
  • Lunch paid for by GBA at food trucks
  • Dress-a-beekeeper relay race
  • Time to talk and get to know your beekeeping friends, old and new, from around the state
  • Lots of photo ops

Closer to the event, we will provide a list of nearby motels in case you want to come to Toomsboro the night before, but it is within reasonable driving distance for most people in Georgia.

Admission is $10 for adult GBA members and if you bring your kids (under 12 years old) they can come for free. If you are married to a non-GBA member, they can come - just register them as your guest. Everyone's admission includes a food truck lunch.

We're going to have a great time. Can't wait to see you there.
