We are so excited to invite you to hear Randy Oliver speak at our GBA fall meeting. In addition to Randy, you'll have the opportunity to learn from Jennifer Berry,  Keith Delaplane, Tammy Horn, and Kerry Owen. Along with these nationally known people, we have an outstanding line-up of Georgia speakers for our breakout sessions. To see the entire program, click here.

We welcome beekeepers to the GBA fall meeting on October 5, 6, 7, 2017. The GBA Board of Directors meets on the evening of the 5th and the actual conference begins on October 6. We are returning to the UGA Griffin campus for this meeting. The conference is open to members and nonmembers of GBA.

Registration at the conference includes lunch on both Friday and Saturday and attendance at the social on Friday night. In addition to breakouts presented by our main speakers, additional breakout sessions will be presented by Bill Dunn, Brutz English, Steve Esau, Keith Fielder, Gina Gallucci, Bill Owens, Rena Sartain, Tom Rearick, Marguerite Matherne.

Registration is $75 for members and $90 for nonmembers. Beginning September 25, registration will be $95 for everyone. We are offering a one day registration fee of $45. Beginning September 25, a one day registration will be $60.

Hotel details will arrive in your confirmation email. We have three hotels which are offering us discounted rates: the Baymont Inn, the Comfort Inn, and the Quality Inn, all in Griffin.

All activities of the conference will take place at the UGA Griffin campus.

If you'd like to join us as a new member, click here. Once you have joined the organization, you can come back here and register for the conference at the member rate!

If you are already a member and want to pay your dues for the next year as many of us like to do with the fall meeting registration, visit your member profile page when you have completed your registration and renew your membership. If you don't do that at this time, you will be sent a membership renewal reminder at the end of your membership year.

The officer election is held at the fall meeting. Members must have their dues paid up to date to vote by paper ballot in the election. If you are not sure when your dues should be paid, check on your personal profile page.

The nonmember rate is $90 per person, and entitles you to get the GBA newsletter as our gift to you for the next year–we hope we will intrigue you enough to want to join our organization.

Welcome, everyone! We are going to have a great fall conference and look forward to everyone's participation.
