NOTE: Our registration process for vendors and sponsors has changed. 

There is now a separate registration form for those who are vendors only, and a different registration form for those who are conference sponsors (who may choose to also be vendors). 

You must pay online when you register. We will no longer accept payment by checks after filling out the online form. You have 15 minutes to pay before your online form resets. 

You will be asked how many additional staff is needed for your booth and what their names are. If you don’t have their names yet you can get us that information by September 1st via email (vicepresident@gabeekeeping.com), however you must indicate at the time of registration how many staff you are bringing.

Our sponsorship levels and benefits have changed slightly, see below:

$5,000 Branded Conference Sponsor - Your company name paired with the conference name on all materials. Your logo on a podium banner on the stage at the conference, your company logo in meeting web advertising, newsletter, and program. The sponsor will receive two dinner tickets** and two drink tickets***. Only one Branded Conference Sponsorship is available.

$3,000 Dinner Sponsor - Your name and logo associated with all materials promoting the dinner. Your logo on a sign* on stage, and on the screen before the lecture. Company profile in meeting web advertising, newsletter, and program. The sponsor will receive two dinner tickets** and two drink tickets***. Only one Dinner Sponsorship is available.

$2,000 Sponsor - Your logo on a sign* stage right or left at the conference, your company logo in meeting web advertising, newsletter, and program. The sponsor will receive two dinner tickets** and two drink tickets***. Unlimited $2,000 Level sponsorships available.

$1,000 Sponsor - Your company logo or name in meeting web advertising, newsletter, and program. The sponsor will receive two dinner tickets** and two drink tickets***. Unlimited $1,000 Level sponsorships available.

Branded swag items given to attendees Sponsor - Your logo or name on any promotional items that you purchase and provide to GBA for attendees. Examples: tote bags, water bottles, nametag lanyards. Items will be handed out at registration and the sponsor will receive two dinner tickets**. To sponsor in this way, contact the conference chair/vice president, vicepresident@gabeekeeping.com.

Limited Branded swag item sponsorships available first come per item. 

*These banners require that we be given your company logo at least 60 days before the conference in order to get them made.

** The dinner is a catered dinner and lecture by one of our keynote speakers one night of the conference.

*** The drink ticket is good for one drink per ticket at the social hour that is right before the dinner.  You may collect your tickets at the registration desk.
