The GBA is encouraging new clubs throughout the state of GA. The GBA recognizes some
difficulty with finances and the ability to hold meetings. The GBA is offering startup
money for new clubs, as follows:
A budget needs to be submitted for use or needs of the club/startup. Be as specific as possible.
Club board has to be members of GBA.
Club shall encourage GBA membership.
Club shall submit first year calendar of events.
What other activities has the club done to secure monies?
A report must be submitted at the next GBA meeting as to the status of the club.
Club must elect a Board of Officers.
Club must have by-laws.
Club is responsible to name the delegate to the GBA.
Application should be presented prior to the Board of Directors meeting. Board of
Directors will review and present at the next Business meeting for funds approval.
